In this feature you will be able to manage Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR), as well as Opt-In/Opt-Out requests with automation, and to maintain a robust audit trail of these compliance activities. The Privacy Request feature provides a streamlined way for businesses to manage consumer privacy rights and ensure compliance with privacy regulations like GDPR, CCPA, and Section 1033.

The Privacy Request feature provides the following capabilities:

• Track incoming DSAR and Opt-In/Opt-Out requests.
• Audit handling of privacy requests.
• Automate DSARs and Opt-Out implementation in your real-time mapped data systems (see Data Mapping)
• Automate email responses to Deletion requests.
• Send DSAR requests to vendors to audit flow down requests to third party data processors.
• Filter, search, and export audit records
