Document Management

The Document Management feature offers a hub for managing compliance documents, inducing privacy notices, data sharing agreements, and more. You can maintain version control for compliance documents, track data sharing agreements with vendors, and streamline regulatory filings in Privacy Lock’s Document Management feature.

This feature also offers a library of policy templates. The document library includes general forms, such as Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), Records of Processing Activities (RoPAs), and Privacy Policy templates, as well as jurisdiction specific templates. The document library offers fillable online forms as well as downloadable versions.
