Fillable Forms

Fillable forms are essential for compliance because they streamline the process of documenting and managing key privacy requirements, such as data processing activities, risk assessments, and privacy disclosures. By offering pre-configured templates for critical documents like the Record of Processing Activities (RoPA) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), organizations can efficiently meet GDPR and other regulatory obligations. The forms ensure consistency and accuracy in how information is recorded, reducing the risk of errors and non-compliance. Additionally, documents like Financial Data Disclosures and Children’s Privacy Policies help organizations maintain transparency with their users and comply with sector-specific regulations, such as COPPA and GDPR. These forms provide the foundation for demonstrating compliance, protecting user rights, and mitigating data privacy risks, ensuring that organizations remain legally compliant in an efficient and organized manner.

To get started, select the Fillable Forms tab on the top of the Documents page. This will bring you to the page shown below.

Depending on your compliance needs, you will have to complete some of the forms and include them in your Document Report. To get started, select the Fill Form button on the right side of the screen. In the example below, I'm filling out the Record of Processing Activities (RoPA) - GDPR document.

Simply go through the form and fill out each field. Once you've completed the form, press Save. This will create a document from the form and make it available in the Documents List page.
